Shipping across Ireland
All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from our European warehouse. Standard delivery to addresses across the Republic of Ireland typically takes 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping is free on all orders. There are no hidden fees at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay, including VAT.
30-day returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. To start a return, please email our customer care team and we will guide you through the simple process.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
